Ali Mendez is a 30 year production industry professional based in San Antonio, TX.  Ali specializes in a freelance food/prop styling and set styling. She is also available for recipe testing & development, focus group testing, and as a home economist and special event coordinator for food marketing/conventions. She operates out of her Monte Vista studio which houses an extensive prop collection.
